By now, we’re pretty sure most of you know that the launch of Windows Phone 7 is right around the corner. To prove the point, the guys over on xda-developers have dug up yet another Windows Phone 7 ROM.  This time around the aforementioned ROM belongs to the HTC Spark which is expected to make its debut on Vodafone’s network in the UK.  Rumored specs for the HTC Spark include a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.7 inch 480 x 800 display, 512 MB of RAM, and a pretty standard 5MP shooter.  One thing is certain; HTC seems to have big plans for Windows Phone 7 even though Android is the platform that has been accountable for HTC’s massive growth over the past 18 months.
